Operating simulator for subscription services
See what your growth plan does to your queue and your cash.
ScaleCircuit simulates customers, requests, capacity, failures, retries, waiting times, and cash flow together, day by day. Change one assumption and watch the whole system respond.

Every arrow is an equation you can read. Requests flow from customers into a first-in, first-out queue, through limited daily capacity, and out as deliveries, retries, or exhausted failures. Money moves alongside.
Read every equation- Customersgrow by acquisition, shrink by churn
- New requestscustomers × usage ÷ days in month
- Pending queuefirst in, first out by arrival day
- Attemptslimited by daily capacity

Retry loop. Failed attempts wait the retry delay, then re-enter the queue and compete for the same capacity.
Service loop (optional). Sustained delay raises churn, reducing customers and future demand.
Questions it answers
When does growth outrun capacity?
Customers generate requests every day. Once arrivals exceed what you can attempt, work queues up and waits lengthen.
What do failures and retries really cost?
Every failed attempt is paid for and consumes capacity a fresh request could have used. The model tracks both.
How much cash do I need before it works?
Fees, refunds, attempt costs, and operating expenses roll into daily cash, so you see the low point and the funding it implies.
Does slow service lose customers?
Optionally, sustained delays raise churn. Fewer customers means fewer requests, which shortens the queue: a balancing loop.
